After you signup you get access to all the features in the Professional Plan for 30 days. We want to make sure that you can get SqlBak working to your satisfaction before we ask you for your credit card.

We take security seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. All SqlBak plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.

We keep all records for the last four weeks, but after that, we reserve the right to delete history records that are over four weeks old and cannot be used for downloading backup copies (backup copy files have not been created or were removed after their storage period expired).

Yes. SqlBak is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Click on "My Account" link in your SqlBak menu, to change your plan.

No. SqlBak is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Yes, and there is an additional 10% off when you are paying for a year. If you have >10 servers, select the number of servers you'll need, a plan (Professional or Standard) and contact us. We will send you the payment link and will change your plan to yearly.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You can also transfer the money to us through PayPal, bank wire transfer or check.
